ABACUS
IC Abacus was formed in 1998 and from the onset it has held many successful social gatherings, dinners, parties, charitable and sporting events. For the upcoming academic year, we have already organised various parties including the traditional Freshers’ D at Studio Valbonne in collaboration with other London ABACUS societies. These include University College London, London School of Economics, King’s College London, School of Oriental and African Studies and Queen Mary University of London. Our main aim is to promote the Chinese culture within British society and create an amicable relationship between the two cultures.
